from Tallinn Estonia has graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts in the field of painting in 1995 and later studied at the Rhode Island Design School in the USA. She has worked both as a freelance artist as well as been employed in advertising agencies. She has participated in exhibitions in Estonia, Switzerland, Latvia, Italy and the USA.

Born in Heilbronn, Germany. This germano-swiss artist started a career as a painter after studying at the School of Fine Arts in Newport, Great Britain.
Her work is regularly shown in Europe and the United States. She lives and works in Chez-le-Bart/Neuchâtel, Switzerland, with longer stays in New York.

Wolfgang Sinwel ist ein Drifter, und die Betrachter seiner Bilder werden es auch. Unversehens. Sie treiben durch den Himmel und blicken nach unten auf womöglich ramponierte, aber doch ausheilende vor- oder nachzivilisatorische Landschaften, auf erdähnliche Planeten, die noch kein menschliches Auge erblickt hat. Sie schwimmen mit dem Strom, und unter ihnen tun sich unberührte (dämmer-)lichtdurchflutete Unterwasserwelten auf – wiederum Regionen einer Andersartigkeit und eines nie gekannten Seelenfriedens, der damit zu tun hat, daß sich der Mensch aus diesen Zonen herausbewegt oder überhaupt vom Künstler herausgehalten wird.

Lars Swedenborg is a painter and sculptor. He remains devoted to his imagery of nature.
His abstract paintings of fruit and flowers and all kind of organic form, are credited with merging process art with the still life tradition of classic painting.
He has been exhibiting internationally in museums and galleries, and his works are included in important collections all over the globe.
He uses rich inky-black backgrounds, silhouettes of oranges and yellow fruits, with bright contrasting colors.

Der Künstler Mark Swysen interessiert sich für das menschliche Verhalten in unserer westlichen Gesellschaft. Er geht dabei nicht auf eine anekdotische oder dokumentarische Weise vor. Der Künstler untersucht, wie sich angeborene biologische und psychologische Mechanismen mit Verstand und Emotionen bei der Steuerung des menschlichen Verhaltens gegenseitig beeinflussen. Er setzt dies Thema philosophisch um, indem er die Denkmuster des menschlichen Gehirns und die daraus resultierenden soziologischen Dynamiken des menschlichen Zusammenlebens hinterfragt.

Born 1978 in Dublin Ireland, painter and sculptor • He grew up in the Area of Dublin where his obsession with comics began • Education in graphic design and sculpturing at Manchester England • Drawing every day and getting critiques at conventions from working professionals. Since the motives for creating and consuming comics are inescapably mixed he has been using the comics as a medium to freely explore topics as artists. Ernest White has participated in various art festivals • Furthermore, he participated in charity events as a live painter • Later on, he traveled to Thailand and France where he gained new inspiration as an artist.

Was bietet die Rainforest Art Foundation Europe für Künstler, die sich zukünftig als Botschafter für den Schutz des Regenwaldes engagieren wollen:
- Präsenz auf der Plattform der Rainforest Art Foundation mit Ihren CV‘S, Abbildungen von Ihren Kunstwerken, sowie Auftritte in Form von Ausstellungen und Benefizveranstaltungen in einem europaweiten Netzwerk.
- Des weiteren ergeben sich Ausstellungen für die Künstler in Kulturinstituten, auf Messen und Veranstaltungen mit Industrie und Wirtschaft. Ebenso wird ein Netzwerk mit Galerien europaweit aufgebaut, die sich der Rainforest Art Foundation Europe anschließen und Ausstellungen verbunden mit Benefizveranstaltungen durchführen.
- Die Frequenz dieser Auftritte in diesem Rahmen erhöht auch ihren Bekanntheitsgrad in der Öffentlichkeit gepaart mit ihrem Engagament.
- Wir sind zur Zeit im Aufbau einer Regenwaldkunst-Produktline, die gemeinsam mit den Künstlern entworfen und über den Großhandel angeboten wird. Diese Produkte werden an Kulturinstitute und Einzelhandel über einen Verlag angeboten.
- Die Foundation garantiert mit der Mitglieschaft, dass der Künstler unter den jeweiligen Bedingungen der vorgegebenen Richtlinien in das Veranstaltungsprogramm der Rainforest Art Foundation aufgenommen und europaweit mit eigenen Kunstwerken vertreten sein wird.
What does the Rainforest Art Foundation offer to the European Artists, who wish to become a promoter for the protection of the rainforest.
- A lasting presence on the platform of the Rainforest Art Foundation with your CV, pictures of your artistic works, as well as presentations on exhibitions and beneficial events within a European network.
- Furthermore participations in exhibitions at cultural institutions, at art fairs and events with industrial and trading companies. Also we intend to establish an European network of galleries, which join the Rainforest Art Foundation Europe and organize exhibitions and beneficial events.
- The frequency of such presentations within this framework will enhance your degree of fame in the public and states your engagement.
- We are presently working on an artistic rainforest product line, designed by our artists and professionally produced and distributed via trading organizations. These products will be sold to cultural institutions like museum shops and to selected retailers.
- The foundation guarantees each member the inclusion into the full program of events and activities along the internal rules and regulations, so that a European wide visibility of your art work will be enhanced.
Jahresbeitrag
Der jährliche Beitrag für die Künstler ist € 250.-. Dieser Beitrag trägt zum europaweiten Aufbau und den Verwaltungskosten für die laufenden Veranstaltungen bei. Ebenso für die regelmäßige Unterstützung des bürokratischen Aufwands, für die Beratung der Künstler und deren Betreung auf der Plattform der Rainforest Art Foundation Europe, sowie für die Organisation von Teilnahmen an Veranstaltungen jeglicher Art. Für die Betreuung der nötigen Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, sowie der regelmäßigen Zustellung von Newsletters und dem Jahresbericht.
Wenn Sie sich mit dem Anliegen der Rainforest Art Foundation verbunden fühlen, würden wir uns über Ihre Mitgliedschaft freuen. Wir sind offen für Vorschläge jeglicher Art, Sie tragen dadurch die Ideen und Ziele der Stiftung in die Bevölkerung zum Effekt, dass die Bewegung unendlich wächst damit das Grundverständnis für den Erhalt unserer Ressourcen geschaffen wird.
Annual fee
The annual fee for each artist will be € 250.-. This fee covers all the administrative costs for the organization of the events and exhibitions, for the handling costs, for the press and public relation work and the preparation and distribution of a regular Newsletter and the Annual Report.
If you feel to be in line with the concern of the Rainforest Art Foundation, we would be happy to have you as a further member. We are open to any kind of idea and recommendation to further develop the goals and objectives of our organization.
It is important that we communicate our goals into the open public in order to establish the basic understanding for the protection of our ressources.
(Die Mitgliedschaft läuft für ein Kalenderjahr und verlängert sich automatisch um ein weiteres Jahr, wenn bis Ende November des laufenden Mitgliedsjahres keine Kündigung bei der Rainforest Art Foundation vorliegt.)
